Job Description

Role & responsibilities- Need to be able to communicate well, both in writing and verbally, to interact with clients and employees, answer emails and phones, and relay information. Need to be organized and able to prioritize tasks, manage paperwork and filing, and keep track of appointments and meetings. Often responsible for developing schedules and helping others meet deadlines and complete tasks on time. Should manage a variety of day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, handling accounting and payroll, receiving and forwarding communications, and other clerical duties. Act as a liaison between departments, conveying information effectively through written correspondence and verbal discussions. Have a solid knowledge of office procedures and are accountable for office management. Other Responsibilities- Preparing office budget expense reports. Assisting in the development of operating procedures. Making complex operational decisions. Supervising subordinate staff. Conducting special studies. Presenting reports or data. Recommending new procedures or polices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
