Job Title: Academic Counselor Location: Edappal, Kerala Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students in their academic journey, helping them choose the right courses and career paths, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career options Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and course structure Handle student queries through phone, email, and walk-ins Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups Coordinate with the admissions and academic departments for student support Meet weekly and monthly targets for student conversions Participate in seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred) 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) Benefits: Competitive salary up to ₹18,000 per month Performance-based incentives Training and professional development opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Experience: Academic counseling: 1 year (Required) Location: Edappal, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
