Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Generate leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools. Pitch services/products to prospective clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with decision-makers. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain CRM/database with accurate client and prospect information. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and cold outreach platforms is a plus. Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
