Job Title: Academic Counselor Location: Beat Edu Center of Excellence, Calicut Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Beat Edu Center of Excellence is dedicated to guiding students toward academic success and career development. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Academic Counselor to join our team in Calicut and support students in making informed educational choices. Key Responsibilities: Provide academic counseling and support to students. Guide students on educational programs, course selection, and career paths. Collaborate with faculty and administration to monitor student progress. Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality. Use student information systems and counseling tools effectively. Lead and support the counseling team when necessary. Organize workshops, sessions, and events related to academic and career development. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counseling or a related role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with academic advising practices, programs, and pathways. Proficiency in using student information systems and counseling software. A high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Academic counseling: 1 year (Required) Location: Calicut, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
