We're Hiring: Full-Time WordPress Developer (Fresher with Internship Experience) iValuePlus Services Pvt. Ltd. is excited to invite applications for the position of Full-Time WordPress Developer in Gurgaon . If you are a recent graduate with hands-on experience from internships or personal projects in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, and have a keen interest in custom coding and backend development, we would love to have you on board! Role Overview: As a WordPress Developer, you will work with a dynamic team to build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites and applications. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in web development, gain valuable exposure to backend development, and contribute to impactful projects for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Customize WordPress themes and templates to meet client specifications. Assist in implementing interactive elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with backend developers to implement custom functionalities. Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and debug issues with websites and applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills : Proficiency in HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Hands-on experience with WordPress , including theme installation, configuration, and customization (internship or project experience). Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first principles. Basic knowledge of backend development and an interest in learning more. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail with a passion for coding and problem-solving. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideal Candidate: A recent graduate with a completed degree (No applications from candidates still in their final semester or pursuing a degree). 0-2 years of experience (Fresher candidates with internship experience or personal projects). A proactive learner, passionate about web development and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about working on WordPress platforms and keen to gain deeper insights into backend development.
