The incumbent will be required to lead the entire Organizational development team including Learning & development Design and Program Manage Leadership Development and Coaching Programs Identify need for leadership & talent development (talent gap assessment) Design and launch leadership development programs Identify external coaches and program manage execution of leadership competencies in identified Hi-Pots Change Management Support for Org Wide Change Initiatives Identify change agents and setup cross-functional change mgmt. team Define target organization culture, baseline current and develop change and institutionalization plan Regularly conduct pulse check surveys for measuring effectiveness of change management initiatives and incorporate results into plan Provide support for sector level change management and culture integration initiatives Design and Drive Organization Effectiveness Initiatives Identify areas of improvement based on pulse check surveys Conduct diagnostic to baseline areas like meeting effectiveness and decision making; identify areas for improvement and design initiatives for the same Provide Support in execution/ implementation of org effectiveness initiatives Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives Conduct employee engagement surveys per plan Define and execute employee engagement initiatives both at corp and sector level Track engagement levels through sector HR and identify areas that required interventions Preferred candidate profile MBA in HR from a premiere college 22+ years of HR experience with experience of leading similar teams Experience in leadership development and change management preferred Experienced in working with senior managers, leadership teams Strong awareness of change management and cultural integration best practices Awareness of leadership development best practices including tools, programs and external network Excellent written and oral communication skills Leadership skills and abilities to motivate people to endorse change Good interpersonal & coordination skills, esp. building effective working relationships Ability to see the larger picture and align culture to strategic goals Team player and collaborative style of functioning Ability to influence, act as a coach
