Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in US accounting , particularly with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) . The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of accounting principles, be comfortable working in US time zones, and be capable of supporting both the accounting and HR teams , including payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for US-based clients Handle end-to-end accounting operations in QBO and QBD Prepare and review general ledger, P&L, and balance sheets Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist in month-end and year-end close processes Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Support the HR and accounting teams in documentation and data management Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Communicate effectively with US clients and internal stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–3+ years of experience in US accounting Proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience in payroll processing and coordination with HR functions Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willingness to work in US time zone Interested candidates can share your resume on this number : 9898297925 Email ID : krupa.patel@vrecruitfirst.com Show more Show less
