Key Responsibilities: Project & Delivery Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively. Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards. Team Leadership & Resource Management: Lead and mentor development, support, and operations teams. Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align expectations. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Process Improvement & Best Practices: Drive the adoption of Agile, DevOps, and other industry best practices. Optimize IT delivery processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Budget & Vendor Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in IT project management, delivery management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and IT infrastructure is a plus. PMP, ITIL, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
