Job Title : UI/UX Design Faculty Location : Palakkad, Kerala Salary : Up to ₹30,000/month Job Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Design Faculty to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in user interface and user experience design concepts, tools, and techniques. You will help shape the next generation of designers by delivering hands-on training, mentoring, and project guidance. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions on UI/UX design. Teach tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Guide students in understanding design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing. Assist students with projects, portfolios, and presentations. Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends. Provide individual mentoring and feedback to students. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for curriculum development. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 0–3 years of industry or teaching experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Qualifications : Certification in UI/UX Design (Google, Coursera, etc.). Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end basics.
