Will be expected to communicate, convince and onboard new Stockist partners in the geography who will directly impact the revenue of the company. Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the stockist team of an assigned territory. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the stockists. Monitoring the performance of the stockist team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. Collecting stockist feedback and providing updates to senior management.
