This role focuses on engaging business clients via phone to promote and onboard them to our client’s services. All leads will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Conduct B2B telecalling using provided leads Promote and explain services to business clients Maintain 120+ minutes of daily talk time Ensure minimum 4 client acquisitions per month Update CRM and maintain accurate call logs Submit daily and weekly performance reports Collaborate with internal teams for follow-ups Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 0–5 years (Telecalling/Sales/Client Acquisition preferred) Education: Open to all educational backgrounds Communication: Strong verbal skills required Age Limit: Junior Executive: Up to 30 years Team Lead (TL): Up to 32 years Required Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and self-driven Basic computer proficiency Work Details: Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Joining bonus Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Language: Tamil (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
