The role involves reaching out to business clients over the phone, explaining services, and onboarding them. All leads will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients using provided leads Explain and promote the company's services to business clients Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time Achieve a minimum of 4 client acquisitions per month Accurately update CRM systems and call logs Submit daily and weekly performance reports Coordinate with internal teams for necessary client follow-ups Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 0–5 years (Telecalling/Sales/Client Acquisition preferred) Education: Open to all educational backgrounds Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in relevant languages Age Limit: Junior Executive: Up to 30 years Team Lead (TL): Up to 32 years Required Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge Work Details: Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹24,000 per month (based on experience and role) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7708877258
