Role & responsibilities 8 to 10 years in Field service , technical support for UPS/inverter/ Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in electrical/Electronics Roles & Responsibilities Managing the Repairs center - Monitoring the Repairs center performance and ensuring compliance to the standards (Inventory recovery, Repairs TAT, Quality of repairs) Managing the Escalations and support the regions by providing the technical support and solutions Analysis of field failures and preparing the RCA reports Discussion with the customer on the RCA. Onsite meeting with customer as per demand. Monitoring the partner training activities conducted by regions and H.O. Designing a training module in collaboration with the Training Academy. Monitoring the Audit findings of the Partners and ensuring the Partners are adhering to the standards On-site visits for escalated cases. Participating in the Gate review meetings in the NPD process Service review of the product at the Design Validation stage Should be well versed in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Interaction with the Business Partners and zonal service team Technical Skills & Product knowledge Good Knowledge of Electricals, UPS Systems, Inverters troubleshooting, circuit diagrams analysis Industry: Power
