Job Title: Sr. Enterprise IT Security Analyst - IAM Location: Bangalore Department: Information Security Reports To: Sr Manager Information Security - GRC and IAM Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Enterprise IT Security Analyst to join our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in IAM technologies and practices, with a focus on Microsoft Entra, Intune, Okta, OneLogin, MFA, and SSO. This role requires a professional who can support IAM initiatives and contribute to the security and efficiency of our identity management systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and management of IAM solutions, including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Okta, OneLogin, MFA, and SSO. Support the development and enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry s best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks. Provide technical support and guidance to IAM team members. Stay current with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and threats to proactively address potential security issues. Assist in developing and delivering IAM training programs for employees and stakeholders. Prepare and present IAM reports and metrics to senior management. Must Have Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may also be considered. Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, with a proven track record of implementing and managing IAM solutions in dynamic environments. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing identity governance tools with capabilities like Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). SSO Enablement: Experience in enabling, configuring, and optimizing applications for SSO integration to streamline user authentication and enhance security. Certifications: Possession of Security+ or equivalent certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or other relevant industry-recognized security certifications), showcasing your commitment to staying updated in the cybersecurity domain. Good to Have Qualifications: Experience with Okta and OneLogin. Strong understanding of IAM principles, practices, and frameworks. Proven experience in leading IAM projects and initiatives. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role will be based out of The Leela Office located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work HYBRID - work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
