Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, and enhance software components using C++, MFC, and SQL to support business-critical applications. System Optimization: Ensure application stability, performance, and scalability by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Agile Collaboration: Work within an agile development team, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews. Security & Compliance: Develop software solutions that adhere to industry best practices and JPMorgan Chase's security and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in C++ , with expertise in MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) and SQL . Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and application troubleshooting in a distributed environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
