Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing any challenges that arise, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and functionality. You will also be involved in maintenance and enhancement activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in coding and testing application components effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
