Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Process Executive - B&L with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) and Customer service (Mortgage). This is a work-from-office position with night shifts. Responsibilities Manage and process mortgage-related documents and claims efficiently. Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve process workflows and enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and procedures. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets. Qualifications Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel. Should have experience in mortgage-related domains such as Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) and Customer service (Mortgage). Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to work effectively in a team environment. Certifications Required Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent certification preferred.
