About the Position About the position Hoganas in India is looking for an ambitious person in the Quality Assurance function based out of the plant in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. Your profile We are looking for someone who has an Engineering Degree with Materials, Metallurgy with a minimum experience of 4 years in the Quality function. The person should be versed with the following elements of Quality: Quality Control- Process and Product Deviation Control (“All 5 plants - Melting & Atomization, Annealing, Mixing, INSIP & SSP” & “Raw Materials”) MSA Plan and execution SPC monitoring and process control Round Robin Test (Global lab conformity test) Product Specific Investigation Inclusion Analysis & Cross Contamination of Iron and Iron Alloys – Metallography analysis to report submission DC Correlation for critical grades (Base Powder + Mixes) Sintering Furnace Calibration and Mapping XRF – Method development, Calibration, Troubleshooting Maintaining Automix System Product Specification creation in M3 & CRAM Procurement & Inventory Management for lab stocks through M3 Product related documentation Export documents to logistic Legal documents for Govt. requirements Declaration / Statements for customers Monitor & share 4M changes to customer Samples to customers Benefits The organisation is having a good work culture and has been certified as a Great Place to Work.
