Working with marketing and other teams to achieve Enterprise sales targets and may use CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills are essential for success in this role. Role & responsibilities • Generating a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting into companies and conducting market research Research about the target accounts & leads to create outbound activities via multiple channels (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc) to generate qualified leads Effectively communicating the value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with potential new customers, Brainstorming with the team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insiders products, Always maintaining and expanding the prospect database in our assigned segments. Demonstrate customer-centric behavior by understanding the requirement of the customer by effective discovery questioning and utilizing all available resources to propose a solution. Work closely with Regional Sales team to to craft strategies and help move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle Track effectiveness of the end-to-end pipeline funnel from lead generation, conversion, and sales qualification and conversion Preferred candidate profile • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Possess natural business skills and have an entrepreneurial spirit • Persistent and resilient to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - Proficiency in relevant outreach tools/platforms - experience in the L&D or HR industry is a bonus
