Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. The ideal candidate will patrol the property, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings and access points, and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems Control access at building entrances and vehicle gates Inspect buildings, windows, and doors to ensure they are secure Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous manner Report daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to maintain order Requirements: Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid security guard license (as required by local/state law) Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols Surveillance skills and detail orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Physical stamina and strength for patrols and potential confrontations Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred or may be required) Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor settings Standing or walking for extended periods May require night, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
