We’ve proudly launched our exclusive patisserie inside the new Nature’s Basket store on MG Road, Bangalore, bringing our premium vegan and gluten-free delights to discerning customers. As a Retail Sales (Bakery) Executive, you will represent Crave's commitment to excellence by engaging with walk-in customers, educating them about our innovative product range, and showcasing the uniqueness of our brand story. Key Responsibilities Educating customers about our premium offerings, including vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free products. Recommending suitable options based on customer preferences. Driving sales through meaningful and persuasive interactions. Maintaining accurate stock records, sales and reporting daily sales and insights to the management team. Skills Required Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers effectively with clear and persuasive communication. Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn and convey detailed information about our vegan and gluten-free offerings. Customer Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide a delightful shopping experience. Sales Orientation: Proactive in identifying customer needs and driving sales through recommendations. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations. Key Information Qualification: Preferred Hospitality but any Degree is good. Job Industry: Bakery Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary Range: Fixed Pay: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 + Variable Pay: Up to Rs 10,000 per month + ESI/PF.
