Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Gender: Male & Female Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a professional and pleasant Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and prior experience handling front office responsibilities in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Handle front desk activities including maintaining visitor records, managing appointments, and overseeing cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Coordinate with internal departments and handle basic administrative tasks. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Provide basic and accurate information to clients/customers when required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
