Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based) Location: Remote / Field-Based Compensation: 50/50 Commission Split (No Base Salary) Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team on a pure commission basis (50/50 split). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, networking, and generating leads. You will be responsible for sourcing property leads and forwarding them to our central team for listing in our exclusive property catalogue. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality property leads through field visits, networking, referrals, or online research. Collect detailed information on each property (location, pricing, features, images, etc.). Submit verified property leads to our team for listing in the company catalogue. Coordinate with the central team for scheduling property viewings when prospective buyers express interest. Maintain consistent communication with clients and the internal team throughout the sales cycle. Stay updated on market trends and local property values.
