QUALITY MANAGER ( EXPERIENCE IN HEALTH SECTOR ONLY )

Job Description

Qualification Required- MBA/MHA Hospital or Healthcare Management and Diploma in Quality Management. Develop and implement quality assurance programs to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. Monitor and evaluate clinical and operational processes using data-driven methods. Lead initiatives to reduce errors, infections, and adverse events. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, or country-specific standards). Prepare for and coordinate accreditation surveys and audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments. Collect, analyze, and interpret quality metrics (e.g., patient satisfaction, readmission rates, infection rates). Prepare reports for hospital leadership and regulatory bodies. Use data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. Create and update policies to align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure staff are trained on quality standards and protocols. Investigate incidents, complaints, and near-misses to identify root causes. Implement strategies to minimize risks and enhance patient safety. Promote a culture of safety through education and awareness programs. Work with clinical teams, department heads, and administration to align quality goals. Lead or participate in quality improvement committees and task forces. Train and mentor staff on quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
