We are Hiring Production Associate Work Location: Coimbatore Job Role : Production Associate Qualification : Diploma EEE, ECE & Mechanical Experience: 0-2 Years Age Limit : 18 - 25 Salary : ₹18,000 to ₹20,500/- Job Description : Roles & Responsiblity : Manufacturing Electrical Components: Operate machinery and equipment to produce electrical components like MCCB and ACB switches according to company standards and specifications. Application of 5S: Implement and maintain the principles of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) as a daily activity to ensure an organized and efficient work environment. Innovative Ideas for Production Increase: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing production efficiency, improving product quality, and optimizing processes. Safety Guidelines: Learn and adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols established by the factory to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and fellow colleagues. This includes understanding and following proper procedures for handling machinery, equipment, and materials.
