Job Description

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Specialist f or a full-time based role in Bangalore. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored Apple solutions. You will also manage sales processes, provide exceptional customer service, and conduct training sessions on Apple products and services. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Handling Apple Products Presales & Solutions: Manage presales activities related to Apple products, DEP, ABM, and MDM solutions (JAMF, ScaleFusion). Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to customers and the sales team, organizing OEM web sessions and technical workshops. Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers to generate leads. Client Needs Discovery & Solution Alignment: Perform discovery calls to understand client requirements and align solutions based on their use cases. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to communicate benefits effectively. Post-Sales Support & Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, or complaints promptly. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers. Travel & Client Visits: Travel to meet clients locally and regionally to support business development. Market Expansion: Contribute to growing the company's customer base and market presence. Pre-Sales Review Criteria: Evaluate performance based on Apple and MDM (JAMF & ScaleFusion) solutions and customer value-add sessions. MDM Solutions & Cybersecurity Offerings: Drive MDM targets for JAMF and ScaleFusion in FY Jan-Dec 2025. Coordinate meetings with JAMF and ScaleFusion teams for identified accounts. Obtain Apple certification, JAMF-100, and JAMF-200 certifications. Introduce cybersecurity offerings to strategic accounts. Apple Value-Add Sessions for Enterprise Customers: Conduct Apple training sessions for named accounts quarterly. Collaborate with Apple Pre-sales to refine sessions for enterprise customers. Provide L1 troubleshooting and health checks for customer visits. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
