Job Description

Provide skilled nursing care to individuals with diverse healthcare needs. Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed. Monitor and assess the health status of clients, adjusting care plans as needed. Provide direct clinical care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions. Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and integrate healthcare services. Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans. Arrange and oversee necessary medical procedures and therapies.
