Job Summary The Operations Executive ,This role involves coordinating between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and other required documents. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system. Handle the end-to-end process of onboarding customers and partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during transactions. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., tech, legal, and product) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities. Generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Track sales targets and performance metrics for the team. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose actionable solutions. Implement tools and practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in sales operations. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries during the sales cycle. Resolve operational issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
