Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-3 years (Customer Service/Sales/Business Development preferred) We are seeking a dynamic Business Development personnel to manage and grow relationships with premium clients through a consultative, sales-driven approach. This role blends strategic sales efforts with consultative relationship-building to drive sustainable growth, focusing on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving long-term revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients through regular and meaningful engagement. Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs, goals, and preferences. Present and recommend customized solutions aligned with client requirements. Own the entire client lifecycle — from lead generation and onboarding to engagement, upselling, and retention. Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads, follow up on prospects, and drive client acquisition. Proactively convert leads, upsell services, and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Act as a trusted advisor while balancing client satisfaction with business outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback drives continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management. This role may involve travel. Experience in the insurance or broking industry is a plus. Proven ability in consultative and solution-based sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a client-first mindset and strong closing capabilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
