This role combines personalized service with strategic sales responsibilities — focusing on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and converting leads into long-term revenue opportunities. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients through regular engagement. Conduct needs assessments via detailed consultations to understand client goals and preferences. Provide personalized recommendations and services that align with client requirements. Drive revenue by upselling service packages, converting leads, and renewing subscriptions. Take ownership of the full client lifecycle — from onboarding through successful engagement and retention. Proactively follow up with prospects and leads to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Act as a trusted advisor, balancing client satisfaction with business outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client feedback with service improvements. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.. A background in the insurance and broking industry is a plus. Proven ability in consultative or solution-based sales Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing capabilities Client-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations Comfortable with performance metrics and revenue targets Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
