Collect cheques from clients' places and deposit them at the bank on time. Maintain and update databases and logs related to cheque transactions. Collect delivery challans (DCs) and maintain proper documentation. Attend incoming enquiry calls and redirect them as required. Assist with basic accounts work such as bill tracking. Prepare and manage statements for petrol bills and food expenses. Maintain and update records of all load details accurately. Enter load and DC details into the load management spreadsheet. Forward load details to the accounts team for timely invoicing. Maintain administration-related bills and filing systems. Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery stock levels. Assist in overall office administration and support the team with clerical tasks.
