Job Description

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX/Design, Engineering, and QA teams in an Agile environment to deliver critical projects. Manage bug life cycle including defect tracking, reporting, analysis, and verification. Develop detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases based on requirements; use Jira for managing the testing process. Review business and technical design documents to identify gaps and key testing areas. Provide testing support for Mobile applications (Web, Windows, Database) including test strategy definition, planning, and execution of unit, system, integration, and regression tests. Troubleshoot mobile devices (Android and iOS) to support testing activities. Respond promptly to issues reported through email, phone, or internal channels. Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base documentation. Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and user experience.
