Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in MySQL Magento B2B/B2C and Web Development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Magento 2 and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role requires strong English language skills in reading writing and speaking. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our web applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Magento 2 and MySQL Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality organization and automation Implement new technologies to maximize application performance Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers Oversee the entire web development process from design to deployment Ensure that the web applications are optimized for various devices and platforms Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process Ensure that all development work adheres to best practices and coding standards Qualifications Possess strong experience in MySQL and Magento 2 Have a deep understanding of B2B and B2C web development Demonstrate proficiency in web development technologies Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Show strong communication skills in English Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development Have experience in working with cross-functional teams Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project requirements Show a passion for technology and innovation.
