Job Description

Role & responsibilities Performs/supervises daily quality checks of PET-CT, SPECT Gamma camera, measuring and radiation monitoring equipments. Assisting in analyzing the data. Assists in compliance requisite of NABH and JCI accreditation requirements. Performs Routine Nuclear medicine procedures, radiopharmaceutical preparations and dispensing of doses to the patients. Supervises hard copy and patient report preparation. Conducts Periodic radiation monitoring of different areas of Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT. Assists in preparation of records, reports, files and collecting necessary statistics. Looks after Radiation safety issues/radioisotope waste disposal /radiation safety program related to the department. Ensures use of Hospital information system in the department by all the technical employees. Manages Procurement of the radioisotopes and maintaining records and assisting in procurement of other consumable/non consumable items in the department. Any other duties given by the reporting manager. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must be M.SC in Nuclear Medicine, Only M.SC in nuclear medicine is eligible to apply. Experience Required--0 to 3 Yrs.
