The role involves accurately tagging and classifying healthcare-related data to ensure high-quality insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large datasets. Key Responsibilities: Accurately tag and classify healthcare data based on predefined guidelines. Review and validate tagged data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain consistency in data annotation to support machine learning models and analytics. Work closely with team leads and quality assurance specialists to refine tagging processes. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA). Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve tagging guidelines. Provide feedback on tagging challenges and suggest process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Data Science, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience in data tagging, data annotation, or medical coding is an advantage. Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare data, and clinical documents (preferred). High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in working with Excel, data annotation tools, and databases. Ability to follow structured workflows and adapt to process changes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working on healthcare data annotation projects. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. Familiarity with AI/ML-driven data tagging processes is a plus.
