Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Sales Associate to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching relevant services, building strong relationships, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through field visits, phone calls, networking, and online research. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services (e.g., GST registration, website development, CCTV, etc.). Explain service offerings and pricing clearly to potential customers. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely proposals and solutions. Maintain records of sales, leads, client follow-ups, and feedback. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Represent Johaan Business Solution Pvt Ltd in a professional manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of business services (training provided).
