We’re Hiring: IT Training Marketing Manager Location: Mohali Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Location Preference: Only candidates from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and J&K Are you a dynamic, result-driven marketing professional with a strong passion for IT education and training? We’re seeking an IT Training Marketing Manager to lead and expand our training division’s marketing efforts, drive strategic campaigns, and increase enrollments across online, offline, and hybrid platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our IT training programs (Technical & Functional). Actively engage with universities, colleges, and other institutions t o build strong partnerships. Lead brand-building initiatives using digital and traditional channels. Oversee campaigns including social media, content creation, email marketing, and webinars. Collaborate closely with sales and training teams for aligned outreach. Monitor and analyze market trends to enhance campaign performance. Build and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team. Who Should Apply 5–10 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in the IT training or education industry . Graduate or equivalent qualification. An MBA in Marketing is a plus. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel for university tie-ups and institutional meetings. Preference will be given to candidates from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, or Jammu.
