Job Title: IT Support Engineer Location: Hyderabad Salary Range: 39,000 - 50,000 per month Requirement Timeline: 1st April 2025 Priority: Low Job Description: We are looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have expertise in networking, computer hardware, and application support. They will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Provide support for computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. ¢ Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. ¢ Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups. ¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT support and project implementation. ¢ Document IT issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference. ¢ Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Required Qualifications & Skills: ¢ Education: B.Sc. IT / B.Tech CS / BE or a related field. ¢ Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT support, networking, or system administration. ¢ Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software support. ¢ Ability to work independently and manage IT incidents efficiently. ¢ Good analytical and communication skills.
