Evolve and manage our internal key IT platforms around Server Virtualization, Backup, Monitoring, Ticketing (ITSM) Tool and Endpoint Management. As infrastructure specialist You ensure proper and optimized functioning of our internal IT systems to enable a seamless service provision to our clients by our global mispa team. Review, develop and further optimize our technology landscape including automation, integration and process further that ensures and improves security, usability, performance and benefit of the technology services deployed. Plan changes to IT solutions, identify and mitigate risks during implementation, actively document the technological solution and all required standard operational procedures. Operations (2nd & 3rd level support) of the IT infrastructure in compliance with defined SLAs and security requirements Project execution to introduce new features and solutions, conduct regular analysis, stay up to date on relevant technology advancements and make recommendations about the IT platforms in use. Involve in active knowledge transfer and training programs for end-users and junior team members to include the later for the seamless support of the infrastructure. Your Profile Experience with Extensive experience with Windows Server operating system Proven work experience with design, implement, configure, document, automate and maintain at least two technologies out of the following areas: o Active Directory, EntraID o Server Virtualization (eg VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) o Backup (eg Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, Acronis Cyber Backup) o Monitoring (eg SolarWinds, Checkmk, PRTG) o Ticketing Tool (eg Jira, FreshService, ServiceNow) o Endpoint Management solutions including OS Deploy, Patch Management, Application Packing, MDM (eg Jamf Pro, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, Microsoft InTune) Strong knowledge about design, implementation, and management of Microsoft based infrastructures. Working experience in the areas of IT security, networking, heterogeneous IT infrastructures and operating systems as well as web technologies. Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, ITIL Service Management, system & process documentation and furthermore advanced level of troubleshooting skills on systems with diverse Tools As part of Managed Service team, ready to work within 24/7 shift operation and on-call service. 3-8 years of work experience in two of the above-mentioned technology areas bachelors degree in technology or in Computer Science. Profound problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, independent, structured approach and a reliable way of working. Preferred to have minimum Professional Level and/or expert level certification in above mentioned technologies. Should have willingness to continuously develop skills and very good in communication (both written and verbal) Experience in Linux and Automation will be Preferred
