Urgently Hiring Interior Design Faculty Qualification : B.Des/ Bachelors in Interior design from a recognized university. Experience: 2 - 3 Years Softwares: Autocad, 3ds Max, Sketchup. Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Interior Design Faculty to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design education and capable of inspiring students through both practical and theoretical learning in interior design. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Interior Design across undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Teach core subjects such as design concepts, space planning, materials & finishes, furniture design, CAD, 3D modeling, sustainable interiors, and more. Mentor and guide students in studio-based projects, industry collaborations, and final year portfolios. Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with academic standards and industry expectations. Conduct workshops, field visits, and seminars to enhance experiential learning. Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning. Stay updated with current trends in interior design and incorporate them into teaching methodologies. Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, reviews, and exams. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / related field from a recognized institution. Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or industry experience (educational or commercial interior projects preferred). Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, or similar software. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and mentor students creatively and professionally. Prior academic experience at a reputed design institute (preferred but not mandatory).
