Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive our marketing initiatives in the IT services industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote IT services and solutions. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis. Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing) to enhance online visibility and lead generation. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and sales enablement materials. Plan and execute B2B events, webinars, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Develop and maintain relationships with partners, media, and industry influencers . Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field . 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in an IT services company . Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation . Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and analytics tools . Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills . Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or software development services . Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms .
