Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create visually stunning digital and print assets. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, logos, presentations, and videos (using Premiere Pro, Blender, or related software). Coordinate video shooting activities for product showcases and branding initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the intended message. Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience. Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand’s tone, style, and values. Develop custom illustrations, icons, and other graphics to elevate the overall visual impact of our brand. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed, managing the production process and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design assets. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Skills Required: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role. 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality. A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills. Additional skills in 3D rendering software (such as Blender, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine) would be highly appreciated. Application: Please attach your portfolio when applying.
