This role demands a proactive leader who can strengthen our HR practices, drive employee engagement, and align compliance systems with international buyer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource Management Lead HR strategy across recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, and training. Oversee manpower planning, organizational development, and succession planning. Foster a strong, performance-driven work culture aligned with company values. Implement and monitor retention, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures. Drive welfare initiatives, internal communication, and employee engagement programs. Compliance & Certifications Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.). Manage and oversee regular buyer audits (BSCI, SEDEX, Higg Index, etc.). Maintain up-to-date records of statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, wages, and licenses. Liaise with government bodies and legal advisors on labour law matters. Lead initiatives for social, environmental, and technical compliance per buyer expectations. Sustainability & Ethical Trade Collaborate with sustainability teams on worker well-being programs, energy conservation, and community engagement. Strengthen mechanisms for fair wages, anti-discrimination, and gender equality. Drive continuous improvements aligned with ESG goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources / Labour Law / Industrial Relations. Strong knowledge of garment export industry compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience in managing large-scale workforce (1500+ employees). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
