Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Web Developer, reporting to our Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province) branch. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, and backend technologies such as Node.js or Laravel. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js and Next.js Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js or Laravel Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO (especially with SSR in Next.js) Maintain code quality, perform testing, and participate in code reviews Ensure security and data protection across web applications Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in full stack web development Expertise in React.js and Next.js Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS Experience with Node.js, Express, or Laravel for backend Familiarity with Git, cloud hosting (Vercel, Netlify, DigitalOcean), and CI/CD Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Benefits & Compensation 💰 Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum (INR) 🏡 Remote Work: 100% remote with coordination in GMT+3 timezone (Saudi working hours) 📈 Performance Bonus: Annual bonus based on KPIs and milestones 🚀 Annual Salary Review: Increases based on performance evaluation 📄 Contract: 2-year full-time contract (renewable) 🎓 Learning & Development: Access to paid tools, courses, and mentorship< /p> 🧘 Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours with task-oriented delivery focus Show more Show less
