Front Desk Receptionist Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Full Job Description As the first point of contact in the clinic, she will set the tone for our patient journey within the clinic, as such we expect that she will enter every interaction with respect and dignity by providing every patient with clear, detailed, and timely care. Receptionist main responsibilities will include checking patients in for exams, booking follow-up studies as required, coordinating patients for multiple exams, ensuring that all front desk responsibilities are completed, all while ensuring a smooth patient and clinic flow. Duties and Responsibilities: Self-motivated. Ability to work as a team member or independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-stress environment To remain well-groomed as per company policy. Handling telephonic inquiries of the patients and keeping a record of the same. Notifies appropriate department of patient arrival. Managing the patients waiting time in peak hours. Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to face. Assisting patients to fill-up the registration form and then registering patients in Software. Collecting payments and generating receipts for the patients. Booking new and follow-up appointments of the patients online and directly in Software Calling patients, who missed their first and follow-up appointments for the next appointment and reason for missing the same. Appointment booking and follow ups for OPD patients. Scheduling appointments of the patients in a way which helps in minimising patient waiting time in the system. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information. Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address Handling Petty Cash and keeping track of pending bills payment Billing for the clients and closure of account on daily basis before leaving Constant communication with Diagnostic other department staff. Any other duties deemed necessary by Management or Reception Manager. Retrieving lab reports from the lab at regular interval and arranging the same in the alphabetical order. Following the patient flow as per standards and coordinating the same with other roles in the center. Managing the clinic ambience and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee and notices) Monitoring the hygiene level of water counters, washrooms and informing to the house-keeping team. Unpack and distribute daily courier bags. Encouraging clients to fill up the OPD & Health Check feedback forms and collecting the same from the clients. Maintaining the IN & OUT appointment timings and end of the month preparing reports sending it to manager. Rescheduling of the OPD or Health Check appointments Daily reports sending it to all concern members Shift Time: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Experience: Technical support: 2 years (Required) Total work: 2 years (Preferred) Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi/Marathi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Preferred) working at Diagnostic center: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
