Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Product Listing Management Create and manage product listings on Amazon. Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords are optimized for search rankings. Implement proper categorization, pricing, and inventory management. 2. Amazon SEO and Marketing Research and apply relevant keywords to product listings to improve visibility. Use Amazon Advertising (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to create ad campaigns and optimize them. Analyze and monitor Amazon Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and make adjustments to listings accordingly. 3. Order Management and Customer Service Ensure timely processing of orders and shipments. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics (e.g., late shipment rate, defect rate) to maintain positive seller performance. 4. Inventory Management Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations. Work with suppliers or fulfillment centers to ensure smooth inventory flow. Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly. 5. Sales and Performance Analysis Track and analyze sales data, reviews, and customer feedback. Identify trends and insights to improve performance. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI of advertising campaigns, and product metrics. 6. Compliance and Policy Adherence Ensure all listings and operations comply with Amazons policies and guidelines. Stay updated on Amazons changing rules, terms, and policies to ensure compliance. Handle issues related to account suspensions or violations, if they arise. 7. Competitor Research Monitor competitors pricing, listings, and strategies. Adjust pricing and marketing strategies based on competitive analysis. 8. FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) Management If using FBA, manage the shipment of products to Amazon fulfillment centers. Monitor FBA fees, account health, and fulfillment performance. 9. Develop and Implement Strategies Create growth strategies for expanding the brands presence on Amazon. Test and implement various promotional strategies to increase sales and visibility. Work closely with the marketing team to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives. 10. Customer Review Management Monitor product reviews and respond appropriately to feedback. Encourage positive reviews and resolve negative feedback through customer support or product improvements. Knowledge Required Amazon Seller/Vendor Experience : Knowledge of Amazons interface, tools, and best practices. SEO Knowledge : Understanding of search engine optimization to enhance product visibility. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, sales trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions. Communication Skills : Ability to manage customer inquiries, product listings, and communications effectively. Attention to Detail : Ensuring product listings are error-free and fully optimized for the best customer experience..
