Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Associate, located in Delhi, India. The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the fulfillment team, and analyzing sales data. Daily tasks include updating product details, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and optimizing keyword performance to maximize sales. Qualifications Experience with E-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces Strong analytical skills for sales data analysis and inventory management Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service and coordination tasks Basic understanding of digital marketing principles Upload and manage products on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit etc.) with accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and images. Communicate with platform support teams (Amazon/ Flipkart, etc.) to resolve listing, payment, or policy issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
