Job Summary: We are hiring Diploma Trainee Engineers who will undergo technical and operational training across various departments. The role is designed to provide hands-on learning and prepare candidates for future deployment in different technical or coordination profiles within the company. Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Learn and assist in basic technical and coordination tasks Support documentation, data entry, and report preparation Observe and assist senior engineers in day-to-day operations Participate in internal training programs and hands-on project activities Help maintain organized records of tools, materials, and service logs Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly Be open to learning different technical profiles (AV systems, CCTV, solar, fire safety, etc.) Key Requirements: Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Electrical Good communication skills (English and Hindi) Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet/email tools Willingness to learn and handle multi-functional tasks Punctual, organized, and responsible approach Why Join RKJ Electric?
