Job Title: Telecaller Company: Growthlink Marketing Solutions Location: Serilingampally, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy interacting with people. Key Responsibilities: Make Inbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Promote company services over the phone. Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in a CRM system. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure a high conversion rate. Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team leader. Requirements: Minimum gradution candidates preferred. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage. Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office/CRM tools. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Minimum 0-1 year of experience candidates preferred.
