We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to lead and grow the domestic sales of our rug product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and/or retail sales within the home furnishing or textiles sector, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to generate new business in the domestic market. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B clients, distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, retailers, and wholesalers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rugs in the domestic market. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships and resolve client queries. Provide product knowledge and consultation to clients. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Suggest product improvements or new product ideas based on customer feedback.
